Bradfield City Centre Master Plan

The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure is exhibiting a draft master plan prepared by Western Parkland City Authority (the proponent) for public comment until Monday 4 March 2024.

The draft Bradfield City Centre Master Plan sets out a framework for future development within the city centre of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis.

  • Western Sydney Aerotropolis Precinct Plan, and
  • Western Sydney Aerotropolis Development Control Plan (DCP) – Phase 2.
