Mod 4 - Extend Trial

I support North Byron Parkland's request for an extension of its trial period. If events cannot take place at North Byron Parklands, my income and livelihood will be seriously impacted.

I support live music especially the shows that happen up in Byron.
To me it provides personal entertainment as well as an income stream pre and post event.

To support the need to fast track the approval. The festivals play a huge part towards the regions tourism, promoting the byron shire as a place of arts and culture.

I support North Bryon Parklands request for an extension of its trial period. If this trial period is not granted, my income will be will be seriously impacted, causing great stress for me and my family.

why the heck, falls is good where it is and brisbane is already too crowded

When the interests of the broarder general communitthy are truly Heard and taken on . Then alace like parklands can.. be so, many things. And an asset to that. Comunity. I complettly suppotr north Byron park land . Ive work ed on This site and. Blues . Both in fact in there. Original sites. , Many moons past now. - and have watched t he development of both aprovvingly . And have been provided with employment from almost all thee events So to loose parklands now. , idoutbhht we'd ever see any thing. Likte that here again

We love Splendour in the Grass its the best festival Australia has to offer, it bring money into small communities. keep it going

I support it

the yelgun festival sites infastructure is what the byron shire needs going into the future. The economic and cultural benefits alone should be grounds for approval. The owners have proved they are here for the long run, they employ alot of local trandsmen and suppliers, they have turned a run down cane farm into a fully functioning community resource, The need to retain land for cultural activities be it festivals , confrences , school camps is important in the byron shire. The way the price of land is going if we stop this now the community may never have another chance to secure land for this kind of use.
The implications of approval being knocked back for the owners would have far reaching and negative flow effects to the local economy , a lot of people ii know in the towns surrounding rely on it to go ahead.

I rely on the festivals at this site as part of my livelihood and support it's continued use.

Continuing the trial period will be incredibly beneficial for the Byron area and surrounds tourist attraction and other economical advantages.

This is a very important event for the local area. It is run well and increases the appeal of the local area and showcases the beautiful nature that we have.

The events held at North Byron Parklands are great. The art and culture is fantastic and they are always so well organised.

I support the expansion of Splendour in the Grass as the event shows that they are enviromentally friendly and get the attendees of the festival involved in keeping the grounds pleasent and sustainable.

The Byron parklands great for Splendour. The organizers for the event are very aware of the environment and the festivals grounds as they show their support for the environment to everyone who attends the festival. They do their best to keep Splendour In the Grass environmentally friendly.

I believe the extension should be approved because the events (SITG and Falls Byron) have only positive outcomes! The arts and culture that continues to grow over the years is amazing as well as the support for the surrounding communities. Not only this, but the Parklands are always looking for ways to improve sustainability for the environment.
