Environmental Planning Instrument - Foreshore Building Line

This data identifies the foreshore building line. Land between this line and the high water mark of the nearest natural waterbody comprises the foreshore area. Development in the foreshore area is subject to an "Additional Local Provision" which can be found in Part 6 or Part 7 of the Local Environment Plan
