Stage 1 - immediate works after approval:
Removal of internal wall at rear of property to create combined kitchen / dining area
Removing of 2 internal doorways
Creation of 1 internal doorway
Installation of new timber timber deck to replace concrete slab area.
Replacement of rear windows/door with new frenchdoors in same location

Stage 2 - at a latter date within 12 months of approval:
Reinstatement of brick chimney at front of property
