Construction of a new single-story community building facility within Lot 3/DP3137 & Lot 1/DP1146888. Works include external upgrades to park comprising landscape works to perimeter of the building, establishment of 3 parking bays within Lot A/DP403103, off of Marcia Street, to provide 1 x loading & accessible parking space with a new pedestrian pathway to extend from the Marcia Street entrance to the building. Works retain and protect existing park, pathways and infrastructure.
