The proposed works will maintain existing street facades and the principle built form for the dwelling with minor alterations being made- including the restoration / enclosure of the existing carport. The enclosure of the carport will incorporate the space into the main living area. Additionally, new windows to the basement laundry and store room are proposed and the works includes the partial raising and reinstating of the existing driveway which will be partially covered by soft landscaping.
