Construction of a single storey dwelling to create a dual occupancy and Torrens Title subdivision at 50 Saunders Bay Road, Caringbah South.The Torrens Title subdivision will create two new lots; The internal lot will contain a one storey dwelling house with an attic and internal garage accessed from the access handle from Saunders Bay Road. The access handle will transverse the eastern boundary to service the newly created rear internal lot, the existing driveway on the western boundary will be retained.
