Amendment to development application DA2019/0380 at 380 Victoria Place, Drummoyne 

Alterations and additional to Gladesville Bridge Marina including:

  • An increase in the number of permanent commercial berths from 55 (50 floating and 5 onshore) to 109  (floating), with an additional 1 public destination berth.
  • Subject to approval by Transport for NSW, to be dealt with by way of condition of consent:
  • Removal of 24 commercial swing moorings as shown in red on mooring plan K205.
  • Retention of 15 commercial swing moorings as shown in green on mooring plan K205.
  • Conversion of 5 commercial swing moorings to private swing moorings as shown in yellow on mooring plan K205.
  • Relocation of 5 private moorings shown in purple on mooring plan K205.
  • Relocation of 1 police mooring shown in light blue on mooring plan K205.
  • Demolition of the slipway rails and office mezzanine within the covered slipway area and cessation of slipway activities.
  • The provision of a 20 space mechanical car stacker within the existing workshop/ slipway area.
  • Minor extension of the workshop to accommodate the mechanical car parking stacker.
  • Provision of a waste storage area within the extended marina building.
  • A small neighbourhood shop within the existing marina building with operating hours of 7am to 8pm, seven days per week during daylight-saving time and 7am to 5:30pm, seven days per week during non-daylight-saving time.
