The proposal comprises:
- Demolition of existing buildings, site preparation and earthworks on Proposed Lot 1 (the northern half of the site);
- Construction of a seven (7) storey seniors living development on Proposed Lot 1, consisting of:
- 54 residential apartments for seniors living;
- Communal facilities and administration offices;
- Car parking;
- Associated site works and landscaping;
- A two into two lot subdivision of the site creating Proposed Lot 1 and Proposed Lot 2; and
- Demolition of remaining residential units on Proposed Lot 2 and associated erosion control works.
