Draft Wilton Growth Area Housing Complying Development Code


The Department of Planning and Environment sought feedback on the draft Wilton Growth Area Housing Complying Development Code. The Explanation of Intended Effect (EIE) was exhibited from 23 August to 20 September 2021.

The proposed changes have resulted in the Wilton Greenfield Housing Code variation, which was finalised on 2 December 2022.
