The final master plan has now been endorsed, along with a submissions report outlining the feedback we received.
The master plan provides a strategic planning framework that creates certainty for business seeking to establish or expand in the region.
The Albury precinct expands the boundary of the existing Nexus industrial precinct and enhances opportunities for industries to create a circular economy such as advanced and value-added manufacturing, recycling, agribusiness, and freight and logistics.
The master plan will be brought into effect through changes to Albury City Council’s Local Environment Plan, encouraging new investment and supporting employment opportunities.
