LEC2020/00341091 / SPP-20-00001: Cudgegong Town Centre: Stage 2 development of Concept DA SPP-17-00039 to include construction of 4 x 9 storey shop top housing buildings and delivery of part of 2 public squares and associated road construction.
LEC2020/00341094 / MOD-20-00357: Concept Plan & Stage 1 DA under clause 4.22 (previously 83B) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 for the Cudgegong Local Centre. The Concept Plan is for residential and retail land uses, building envelopes, public domain elements, landscaping, roads, car parking and associated infrastructure. Stage 1 is for the construction of 8 storey mixed use buildings within the northern part of the site, including the adjoining central and southern roads, and half roads to the north and west. The proposal is also for the subdivision to create 4 development lots, 2 lots for the village squares and 1 lot for the new public roads.
