Amended plans and documents in respect of LEC Proceedings 2021/00146822

An amended application has been lodged with the NSW Land and Environment Court under proceedings 2021/00146822 in relation to the deemed refusal appeal seeking consent for demolition of existing structures and the construction of a 2 storey, 12 room Boarding House containing 12 self-contained rooms accommodating a maximum 22 lodgers including a room for an onsite manager in accordance with State Environmental Planning Policy (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009 with basement car parking and associated landscaping and drainage works. Any submissions received will be submitted to the Court in the consideration of the appeal.
