Appeal against Refusal of Development Application 396.1/2020 - L&E Court No. 2021/00213371

Development Application 396.1/2020 was refused by Council on 22 December 2020.
The applicant has commenced proceedings in the Land and Environment Court appealing against the Council’s refusal of the development application. The applicant has sought leave of the Court to prepare and submit an amended development application including amended plans and additional information. The additional information and amended plans have been submitted to Council and are the subject of this exhibition.
The amended development application is for the proposed construction of a 2-storey Child Care Centre accommodating a maximum of 103 children (reduced from 111) including earthworks, landscaping, stormwater and car parking spaces.
