New road reserve relocated further north to be consistent with current LEP location. - Site boundary adjusted because of relocating the new road reserve. - New site area 2720sqm - The northern 10 storey building portion has shifted to address the new boundary location - Apartment unit mix changed to achieve the DCP required minimum of 20% 3B and 20% 1B. - Greater setbacks provided along Leicester Ave - Additional deep soil provided - Reconfigured loading and waste collection areas - Improved perimeter landscaping - Improved public domain interface along Cooper Street with additional soft landscaped areas provided. - Internal apartment layouts revised to suit new building design footprint - External facades amended.
