DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING INDUSTRY AND ENVIRONMENT

Wollondilly Shire Council is inviting feedback on a suite of draft strategies that will inform future land use planning for the Wollondilly Local Government Area.
The strategies cover a broad range of issues but are focused on managing land use over the next 20 years. Once finalised, the strategies will collectively inform Council's strategic planning framework including updates to the local strategic planning statement and local environmental plan.

Feedback is invited on the following strategies:
- Draft Local Housing Strategy
- Draft Rural Lands Strategy
- Draft Centres Strategy
- Draft Employment Lands Strategy
- Draft Urban Tree Canopy & Landscape Strategy
- Draft Scenic & Cultural Lands Strategy
