Development Application for the following works, in stages: (a) Demolition of existing shed and clubhouse; (b) Filling over approximately 15.6ha;(c) Clearing of vegetation located on the portion of the site proposed for residential lots, APZs, and clearing of forest to extend and upgrade Worrigee Road; (d) Widening and re-alignment of Worrigee Road along western boundary of the site (and dedication as public road) and construction of internal private roads, services, APZs and provision of landscaping; (e) Subdivision in 6 stages creating 134 Community title lots and 2 community lots (lots 1001 and 4001) and 1 rural lot (lot 224); (f) Stage 4 - Lot 4001 a separate community title scheme within the greater community title scheme. (g) Proposed community Lot 1001 -“conservation lands” zoned E3 and E2, and is to be managed in perpetuity in accordance with the VMP and CMS by the community association, and part of lot 224 to be managed under VMP by the owner.
