Draft Section 7.11 Contributions Plan No.17 - Schofields Precinct

We invite you to have your say on our revision of Section 7.11 Contributions Plan No.17 - Quakers Hill Commercial Precinct. The provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021 requires councils to keep their contributions plans 'under review'. After a contributions plan is reviewed, councils prepare a draft (revised) contributions plan and are required to publish it on their websites for 28 days.
