EXHIBITION OF PLANNING PROPOSAL – To heritage list Headfort House, 95 Stanhope Road, Killara

Ku-ring-gai Council is inviting comment from the community.
The Planning Proposal seeks to
• heritage list Headfort House, 95 Stanhope Road, Killara;
• include Headfort House in Schedule 5 of the Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015.
Council has initiated this Planning Proposal following the omission of the heritage listing in the recent exhibition of Stockland/EQT’s Planning Proposal for 95-97 Stanhope Road, Killara (Lourdes Retirement Village), seeking changes to the zoning, height and floor space ratio.
The Planning Proposal document and supporting information will be on public exhibition from Tuesday 8 November 2022 to Tuesday 22 November 2022. Comments must be received by 10am on Tuesday 22 November 2022.
