Liverpool Contributions Plan 2008 – Edmondson Park (Draft Amendment No.2)

Liverpool City Council resolved at its 27 October 2020 meeting to exhibit an amendment to the Liverpool Contributions Plan 2008 – Edmondson Park.
The draft Contributions Plan aims to address an anomaly in the planning framework that applies to certain land in Edmondson Park. This specifically relates to costs associated with the 21 dwelling per hectare density that were incorporated into the Liverpool Local Environmental Plan (LEP) and Development Control Plan (DCP) in 2015.
The draft Contributions Plan is on public exhibition from Friday 30 October 2020 to Monday 30 November 2020 in accordance with Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Public Exhibition) Regulation 2020.
