Local Strategic Planning Statement

Council recently undertook its first review of the Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS) to ensure consistency with the recently reviewed Shellharbour City Council Community Strategic Plan and Illawarra Shoalhaven Regional Plan 2041. The LSPS was publicly exhibited from 27 April to 25 May 2022 and adopted by Council on 28 June 2022.
The incorrect dates are shown for public exhibition on the portal page due to changes in processes not being communicated with users and the inability to reflect the accurate dates to get the LSPS published on the portal.
