Blue Mountains City Council is renotifying the above application. The renotification is due to further amended plans received during the Land and Environment Court conciliation process following the original application being refused by the Blue Mountains Local Planning Panel on 25 February 2021. Amendments are to the buildings, driveway, landscaping and basement carpark. The application is open for comment between Tuesday 13 September and Tuesday 4 October. During this time, supporting documents and / or plans lodged with the application can be viewed online at www.bmcc.nsw.gov.au/da-onexhibition. A reduced sketch is also enclosed with this letter. The notification period is limited to 21 days to fit within the timetable given in the Court Orders.
