PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF A PLANNING PROPOSAL TO AMEND THE NEWCASTLE LEP 2012

The PP was prepared in accordance with Section 3.32 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act) to enable an increase in potential gross floor area on the land by a change in development standards, as follows:
• Increase the maximum Floor Space Ratio (FSR) from 1:5:1 to 3:1
• Increase the maximum Height of Buildings (HOB) from 10 meters to 22 meters on part of 41 Throsby Street and 28 meters on the remaining part of 41 and on all of 47 Throsby Street
