Public Notification of Voluntary Planning Agreement for 15-19 Clarence Street Burwood

The voluntary planning agreement (VPA) for 15-19 Clarence Street Burwood provides for payment by owner/developer of a monetary contribution to Council towards the provision, augmentation and/or improvements of open space, community facilities or other public facilities, in exchange for an additional gross floor area in development on the site.

The VPA has been submitted in conjunction with Development Application No. 79/2020, which proposes the alterations and additions to residential development with an additional two levels comprising six residential units and internal and external alterations to the approved residential flat building.
