We are reforming the infrastructure contributions system to create a better system that is fairer and benefits everyone. Our changes deliver the infrastructure we need to support new homes with transparency and consistency the community and industry need.

EP&A Regulation – This document is a public consultation draft of the proposed EP&A Regulation amendment.

EP&A Regulation Explanatory Paper - This document is an explanatory paper that sets out the proposed changes to the EP&A Regulations. A link is provided in Appendix A of the paper to the analysis underpinning the revised section 7.12 rates.

Land value contribution

The Land Value Contribution: Exhibition Paper provides an overview of the proposed land value contribution mechanism. It includes a draft Practice Note module and two worked examples of how land value contribution would operate in practice (using the existing urban release precincts of Schofields and Menangle Park).

Submissions must be made during the exhibition period, which closes on 10 December 2021.

Submissions will be publicly available on our website with personal contact details removed.

If you do not want your submission publicly published, please clearly indicate by marking it ‘CONFIDENTIAL’.
