Coffs Harbour Hospital Expansion

Please be advised of the following feedback from SafeWork NSW Major
Hazard Facilities Team.

If DP&E determine to approve the DA, SafeWork NSW suggests that the
following conditions of consent be included:

1. Fire Safety Study (FSS) to be completed prior to detailed design
commencing,
2. FSS to include (but not be limited to): a. an assessment of
response time of F&R NSW to an incident and b. whether a firewater
tank is required.
3. that recommendations from the FSS be incorporated into the design
to reduce risks SFARP, and
4. provide a demonstration that the design incorporates reducing risks
SFARP.

Airspace Procedures
With respect to procedures designed by Airservices in accordance with
ICAO PANS-OPS and Document 9905, at a maximum height of 33.05m (109ft)
AHD, the property development will not affect any sector or circling
altitude, nor any instrument approach or departure procedure at Coffs
Harbour Airport.
Note that procedures not designed by Airservices at Coffs Harbour
Airport were not considered in this assessment.

Communications/Navigation/Surveillance (CNS) Facilities
This property development to a maximum height of 33.05m (109ft) AHD
will not adversely impact the performance of Precision/Non-Precision
Nav Aids, HF/VHF Comms, A-SMGCS, Radar, PRM, ADS-B, WAM or
Satellite/Links.
