During the Construction
----------------------------------
Noise, dust , traffic and privacy aspects associated with the proposed building activities likely to have adverse effects on the enjoyment of our daily lives.
After Completion
--------------------------
The proposed Centre for Music and Drama, with its very imposing great height and shadow, is likely to adversely affect our enjoyment of early morning sunlight and warmth in winter months, particularly in the hours leading up to 9 am. There is also the privacy aspect of having our living area exposed to the close by multi storey Centre.
Additionally, there are the associated increased noise and traffic likely to be associated with the use of Centre, particularly at performance time.
Conclusion
----------------
In submitting these concerns, it is hoped that conditions of approval ,when and if granted by the panel, will reflect and address on these concerns.

We do not have information as to how the proposed construction will be carried out. eg The extent of excavation, associated foundation work, drainage, and piling work etc, all potentially may have detrimental effects to the structural integrity of our existing residence.
It is hoped that the panel will ensure that conditions of approval will adequately reflect and address these concerns.

Appendix C, 03 page 24, site 1, note 4 and 04 page 47 note 6, whole of life
Is part of the design to provide enough structural capacity to allow the new buildings to have additional floors if the building heights are increased in the future or will the new buildings have to be demolished to allow if a taller building is required. Having to demolish these buildings in 20 to 40 years because they don't allow additional a couple of additional floors would not be meeting the spirit of design for sustainability.
Traffic control
Section 6.3, traffic and parking, page 64, Traffic Control at Worksites Manual 2010 has been superseded by the 2018 version, may be better to say current version rather than 2010 version.
