From the proposed development, we have two main areas of concern.
The first is Air Quality. We believe our facility is at risk of contamination and are concerned with the potential follow on health effects to our customers, our employees and our larger business. We request a comprehensive Air Quality Management Plan be made publicly available, detailing the management of particulate matter and other air pollutants.

Our other primary concern is the safety risk to our personnel due to the significant increase of truck and large vehicle traffic this development will bring to an already congested area. We request a comprehensive Traffic Management Plan be made publicly available, given there is only one entry/exit to the estate. This plan should also outline how increased pollution from diesel exhaust and noise pollution will be managed given the operating hours.
