Construction stage:
- During Construction: Traffic flow will be a nightmare getting to
work and home. The roads have not be built for this amount of traffic.

- Noise; during construction. I do night shifts. The noise in
construction will be horrible. Plus buliders never start or finish in
the correct times.

Completed;
- Delays in traffic flow once completed: will be a nightmare getting
to work and home. The roads have not be built for this amount of
traffic.

- Noise; I do night shifts, So when I'm trying to sleep I'll have
children screaming and traffic.

- I'll have people parking near my place and/or in my street- I'm
worried about security and my parking be affected.

- Will this bring more crime to the area?? Yes...

Overall; Traffic flow is the biggest killer here. It will be a
nightmare on all the major roads in and around of Jordan Springs
affected hugely. I travel upto an hour each way now and this will add
more to this. Also noise + security are my next issues.

I object to the school in Jordan Springs.

Being a resident of Jordan Springs who will share a fence with Jordan
Springs Public School I have concerns over the following:
- Privacy of residents. I note in the plans the two storey buildings
have alot of windows on the second floor which will overlook residents
properties. What provisions are being put in place to ensure the
privacy of residents is not effected?
- Privacy and security of residents properties. I note in the plans
the two storey building has a walkway/balcony which will over look in
to residents properties. What provisions are being put in place to
ensure the privacy and security of residents is not effected?
- Noise from mechanical plant. I note in the plans the mechanical
plant is placed alongside of residents properties, including my own. I
assume this mechanical plant will include air conditioning. I am
concerned about the amount of noise that will be generated. What
provisions are being put in place to ensure residents properties are
not effected by the noise? Why was this location selected for a
mechanical plant? There are a number of other areas on the school
property that a mechanical plant will not effect residents. Moving
this should be considered.
- Location of toilets. I note on the plans that one set of toilet
blocks are located close to residents properties. What provisions are
being put in place to ensure residents are not effected by
noise/smell?

Lastly but a very big concern is why would you build a two storey
school so close to neighbouring properties? There is a childcare
centre and a road on the border of the property, why wasn't the two
storey building placed in one of these sections? This will ultimately
effect the value of my property as I will have a very large two storey
building on the other side of my fence.
