To Planning Assessment Commission,
I would like to Support the application to make the Rail loader facility to also be a coal unloader. We have had no detrimental effects since upgrade occurred from the coal loader and don't see how this application could effect this. We have successfully operated a business known as Black Gold Motel for 24 years and during the last 5 years since it was upgraded we have not had any impacts personally or to our Business.
