Bega Valley Hospital Redevelopment - Stage 1

Dear Sara,
Further to your visit to our residence adjacent to the planned Bega Valley Health Services Development, we would like to submit the following comments.
In respect to the above application we would like to say we support the proposed development. However as our property adjoins this development we have some concerns that require clarification. These are listed below.
1. Access.
Will the area situated at the entrance to our property be used at any time as an access point to the development. There is, at present, a gate to the site that has been utilised in recent times.
2. Buffer Zone.
Will there be a sufficient buffer zone between our property and the Hospital boundary with re-vegetation so as to provide an acceptable degree of privacy and attractive screening.
3. Security.
Will a fence be constructed of sufficient height and durability as to prevent access to our property from the Hospital site.
4. Speed Zone.
As the speed limit on Tathra road around our property is presently 100klm, will this area be re-zoned to accommodate for the increased volume of vehicle and pedestrian traffic and would a reduced speed limit commence east of boundary road allowing for the crest of a hill at this intersecion
