Penalty Notice issued to NSW Department of Education (SSD-8378) Camden LGA
On 4 December 2024, NSW Planning issued a $15,000 Penalty Notice to the Department of Education (DoE) for failing to undertake a Road Safety Evaluation (RSE) on all relevant sections of road utilised for bus and private vehicle drop-off and pickup within three months of commencement of operation of Gledswood Hills Public School. DoE have subsequently completed the RSE and submitted the report to NSW Planning.
Official Cautions issued to NSW Department of Education (SSD-8378) Camden LGA
On 4 December 2024, NSW Planning issued two (2) Official Cautions to the Department of Education (DoE) for failing to submit a noise monitoring report for Stage 1 within six months of commencement of operation and failing to conduct an operational Independent Audit (IA) within 52 weeks of commencement of operation of Gledswood Hills Public School. DoE have subsequently completed and submitted the required reports to NSW Planning.
