Message
DA yet again, fails to consider the increase in vehicle movements [incl Heavy vehicles trucks etc] particularly along the already highly congested Cowpasture road. Stage 1 failed to consider traffic congestion in the local area. Traffic is so bad residents can no longer safely cross cowpasture road to get to the regional park [no pedestrian crossing]. Traffic in this area is directly linked to the opening up of such areas for industrial use that bring in huge traffic issues against very little employment [warehouses have minimal staffing]
I object also to the lack of landscaping - stage 1's sits view from the area is a pathetic huge building with no TREE's....
