Re: Notice of Exhibition - SSD 6954 – IKEA (Multi-Function Logistics Unit, Marsden Park)
Please find attached TransGrid’s written determination being conditional consent with accompanying documentation for SSD 6954 – IKEA (Multi-Function Logistics Unit, Marsden Park)
As discussed, please be advised TransGrid’s Engineers are currently working on the quote for an ‘Earthing Study’ and therefore this report will determine any additional associated cost’s pertaining to earthing modifications. Provisions requiring an earthing systems study and subsequent earthing modifications are outlined in the attached documentation, and form an essential condition in TransGrid’s letter of determination. Therefore, it would be greatly appreciated if TransGrid can receive the requested written undertaking from the developer that should also be Cc’d into the Department of Planning.
All works need to be carried out in accordance with the NSW WorkCover ‘Work near overhead Powerlines’ Code of Practice – link attached below. Please also refer to TransGrid’s Easement Guidelines for Third Party Development and particular reference to page 15 ‘Example of the required Working Platform for Transmission Tower Maintenance’ as attached.
