If the Government is going to take the authority away from local councils to make decisions appropriate to their region by declaring these projects as "State Significant" then they need to be ensuring that they can openly demonstrate the transparency of all such proposals as being truly fit for purpose.

To the Department of Planning,
As far as I can see, consultation with the Rural Fire Service is a clear requirement for the Jupiter EIS and EPYC claims to have consulted with them on 6/1/2015.
However, a member of the local community has made enquiries and from the response it seems that The RFS has no record of providing any advice to EPYC regarding fire safety at Jupiter wind farm at all.
I have attached a copy of the response from RFS to the enquiry.
Given this discrepancy I would like to know if EPYC made notes of the meeting or is in possession of any other evidence that a meeting took place. I expect that any notes should include names of those in attendance, all questions asked by EPYC, all responses from RFS and any conclusions EPYC has drawn from these responses.
