I have ever come across. I am deeply distressed at what this has
caused on my family, we are a neighboring property to this application
and it has ruined the whole property values in the area. All our
properties have plummeted in price and
I can not see any time in the seeable future that they will go back
up. Tell me who on earth would want to live next door to such a
development. If this so-called development gets approved by the State
Government are you as a government or the current applicant going to
give all of us residents immediately affected by this application a
substantial compensation for all the financial depreciation you have
caused on the major asset of every resident that lives in the boarding
area.

environmental disaster on this area it'a crazy, one way to ruin rural
living in a nutshell. Not to mention the major effect this has had on
all our property values (directly neighbouring the development), they
have plummeted greatly due to this DA application.
