Due to a recent amendment to State Environmental Planning Policy (State and Regional Development) 2011 the consent authority for this project is now the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces. The Minister has delegated determination of the project to the Department

Construction and operation of a waste transfer station with a capacity of up to 180,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) of general solid (non‐putrescible waste), including sorting, storage and dispatch of materials to other facilities.

I wish to object to the proposed application by EMM on behalf of Benedict Recycling Pty Ltd to operate a waste recycling station in Peachtree Road, Penrith, NSW.
I have read the submission sent to you by J & M Burrowes Superannuation Pty Ltd and whole heartedly agree with the sentiments and reasons for objections outlined in that submission.
for the proposed application the site is simply not large enough to cope with the proposed amount of vechile movements per day. This will block Peachtree Road effecting every business in Peachtree Road.

I live in Thornton which next to the site address, it's only 600 meters away, Thornton is a beautiful master planresidencial area next to the station, it's the new landmark of Penrith, please keep this area nice and clear.
