I am writing to object this project due to below reasons.
1. This project is too high (9 stores) and too dense. Its design is more about from this site perspective. It underestimates its impact combined with future other developments in this area. The way it considers other factors such as traffic, environment, characters etc. is not that comprehensive compared with local council (or even residents) as they do better position understand their needs.
2. As per council's preferred scenario, this site is rezoned to be mixed use. However, this project doesn't have commercial component but fully leverage the affordable housing policy. In essence, the local community needs local cafes, medical services, restaurants as one critical component on this or nearby sites.

I respectfully request that you consider the above, modify the DA as per community feedback/concern.

Thank you.
