I object to proposed development in its present form. My wife and I reside in town house on the north east corner of Young and Smith Street which is directly across the road from the proposed development. We presently receive a full day of sunlight to our unit and patio. In a shadow diagram, previously supplied by the developer, it showed that sunlight to our unit would be limited to 1 hour a day between the hours of 3pm -4pm, which I believe is not acceptable. However if the proposed building facing Smith Street were to be moved back in a northerly direction to allow a more reasonable amount of sunlight I would not be objecting to the proposal .
