Sydney Metro - Tallawong Station

I am resident of the Ponds and representative of community object to the
Tallawong Station Preceint due to:
It wil increase the traffic on the Ridgeline Dr and The Ponds blvd
beoynd its capcity. This will put the children at risk of accident.
It will increase the polpution in the area during the construction.
It will signifactly strain the capcity of local resources.
It will increase crime in the area and DEP can not guarantee level of
saftey level currently enjoyed.
The privacy of our houses and community will be comprised.
On behalf of our community I object to the devlopment and demand to
stop tylhe development

Having an 8 storey apartment blocks alongside Schofield Rd opposite
Amarco Circuit. My objections of the proposed 8 storeys building 98ft+
overlooking Amarco Circuit is the loss of privacy/increase in noise
air pollution and later in the day shading, it will also impact on the
value of the property in that street.

After reviewing the EIS for this proposal, OEH's Greater Sydney Planning
Team has concluded there are no biodiversity, natural hazards or
Aboriginal cultural heritage issues that require a formal response.
