The Sydney Modern will provide a long overdue opportunity to establish a world class art gallery in Sydney. There is considerable experience in other gallery developments to demonstrate this.
The Sydney Modern development adjacent the existing AGNSW site is low key and complimentary to existing gallery use. The benefits of this development are significant and justify it proceeding adjacent the existing AGNSW site.
Refer attached document for supporting slides detailing rationale and historical data demonstrating above points.

What arrogance and sense of privileged entitlement has possessed the proponents of this monstrosity, a series of mega sheds cascading down the embankment. It appears the architect's goal is really to provide venues and terraces where the Sydney social set can enjoy their private parties.
So much destruction of existing beautiful trees and the good and sensitive work already completed by NSW Public Works.
I attach photographs of two trees in particular which will be physically dragged to south of the existing Art Gallery. They are unlikely to survive or thrive after that abuse. They are laughably being treated like they were pot plants.
I object to this development and beg that a more suitable site be found for the Art Gallery's expansion.
