the development, which includes 185 units and a childcare and commercial spaces as well as a church, only provides 50 carspaces.
Bankstown is a busy area, parking is already at a premium. not providing several hundred carspaces will directly affect my employees ability to find parking in the area. the development should not be approved unless it provides one carspace per unit and the required carspaces for the size of the commercial areas and the child care, along with the proposed church.

I am concerned about the lack of parking spaces available for this building. There are 185 units but only 50 parking spaces. If people move here with cars, they will then park on the road alongside Chapel Rd/French Avenue which already has very limited street parking. The proposed Bankstown Hospital that will be built onto the TAFE site will also add to the parking scarcity. Please consider expanding the underground parking.
