The developer will affect my property and quality of my daily lifestyle through the construction phase. This will add to the dust, noise and traffic that we are already experiencing with the current developments nearby. The development and others close by will significantly further impact my property and lifestyle as they will need to widen the roads and construct a stormwater system to safely distribute the water load. The developers and state government agencies require my land to complete the Mamre road Precinct to assist with meeting the shortage in warehousing and employment targets. The government agencies and developers should be acquiring the lands that they are requiring PRIOR to burdening my property and life.
