In this 2Ppp letter, I focus in detail on one topic - the recently revealed risk of LEAD CONTAMINATION along and near the rail tracks at Bungendore Station which is now the subject of investigations by Transport NSW. After much trouble getting a registration on this Portal, it was prepared as test -lodgement, but the contents are intended as very serious, and self-contained Objection. I have added a political disclaimer to p.2.

I am submitting objections on behalf of myself, my husband and my daughter Sophie. Should you require these to be submitted separately I will do this, but need your confirmation please.

The proposed location will without fail result in student and teacher SUICIDES BY TRAIN. This is an unacceptable risk to all Departments concerned and to the citizens and parents of Bungendore. The location is, literally, FATALLY flawed and must not proceed. It is obligatory that the Department of Education follow its guidelines on student and staff risks and under their *duty of care* ensure that the new Bungendore High School is NOT co-located anywhere near the train station or rail corridor which is too open and accessible.

The proposed High School effectively DESTROYS the ONLY off leash Dog Park in Bungendore and the surrounding region. It is heavily used every day of the week, year in and year out. This destruction has been proposed with NO consultation with the dog owners of Bungendore which invalidates the consultation process and the proposed change of village commons land and Crown Land. The process by which is occurred is fatally flawed and almost certainly illegal with regard to the management of Crown Lands.
