I am writing in support of the amended proposal for Crudine Ridge Wind
(MOD 1).

In my judgement, the impacts of the amendments are overwhelmingly
positive, and therefore the proposed application should be approved.

Hi there,
As a local business owner of The Kandos Fairways Motel NSW only 25
kilometers away, we really need to see this project continue, we have
been lucky enough to have 3 permanant contractors staying with us for
the last 3 months, not only is this great for our motel, its the flow
on effects, The contractors shop at our local
supermarket,Butcher,Bakery use our service station and rent
houses.Once this project ramps up we can afford to employ a part time
cleaner, with a population of just 1000, Kandos really needs to get
this Road upgrade done as soon as possible.
The upgrade to Arrons pass road is definately needed as it is unsafe
and i believe alot of people will travel on the road once the windfarm
is built , Lots of Locals, tourists would like to view it.
So its a YES from me and the KANDOS FAIRWAYS MOTEL, you have our full
support!

I object because the Crudine wind farm displaced us, destroyed a
community and the clearing of the Aaron's Pass is an environmental
disaster.

To whom it may concern
The crudine ridge wind farm is and will be a huge benefit to the local
region with workers in Mudgee and local farmers.
With the bigger turbines it reduces the foot print of the project and
produces more power.
These projects have more positives than negatives.
The farmers have a constant income and with the big drought this year
it would be handy.
Like the Liverpool Range wind farm
Which I am involved in it benefits every one
Thanks Matt Wesley

I object strongly to the clearing of Aaron's Pass to allow for a super
highway for 37 wind turbines.

I wish to show my support for the proposed road upgrade for the Aarons
Pass Road.

I am aware that the upgrade is funded by and will benefit of the wind
farm, however I believe that this upgrade will be very beneficial for
any users of this road, less dust, less wear and tear on vehicles, as
well as much safer for the road users.

I have driven this road regularly and I do not believe that the
upgrade of Aarons Pass road, or of any country road can be a negative
prospect.

The World Health Organization has recently released wind farm noise
guidelines showing that wind farm noise causes harm to health.
Department of Planning & Environment noise guidelines are more
accommodating to wind farms than those now released by the WHO.
The developer intends to use larger turbines and longer blades than
originally approved, but has not requested approval for them.
It must be required to place a formal modification request for larger
blades and turbines and noise impact must be evaluated consistent with
the new WHO guidelines and not DPE's lax guidelines.

up grade would be a benefit to all uses of this road and be a long over
due safety improvement as well.
