Demolition and removal of Broadside Wharf (4b and sections of 4a) and Northern Broadside Wharf (55b), Lot 4 DP837195, Goat Island, Sydney Harbour

Demolition, removal and disposal of all materials (including debris and materials on the seabed) associated with an 80-metre length of Broadside Wharf (4a and 4b) on the western shoreline of Goat Island and a 27-metre length of the Northern Broadside Wharf (55b) on Goat Island. Demolition will include all components of the timber substructure, decking and connections, all timber piles and pile stumps (to be fully withdrawn from the seabed, except for identified piles that will be cut off at seabed level), and all ancillaries that exist on the wharves. Mooring bollards and signage will be removed and retained for reuse.
