Block A, a row of 14, single storey townhouses facing north west towards Arthur Kaine Drive with views to the lake. Each townhouse is three-bedroom with two bathrooms.
Behind this block, Block B is a row of thirteen, single storey townhouses that, taking advantage of the slope of land, overlook Block A to views of the lake to the north west. These townhouses are also three-bedroom.
The third element of the proposal is a three-storey apartment block located behind Block B. The majority of the 36 apartments in this block will have views to either the lake to the north west or in the other direction to the south east, to the beach. The block will feature a mix of apartment sizes and types: there will be 12 single-bedroom plus study apartments, 12 adaptable two-bedroom apartments; four two-bedroom apartments; and four three-bedroom, two storey apartments.
