Alterations and additions to existing pub (Crossroads Hotel)

A refurbishment and re-positioning of the food and beverage areas, function spaces, kids area and other activities of the Hotel and the addition of a short stay accommodation wing to the Hotel. Improvements to the car parking and landscaping are also sought.
