Asphalt Batching Plant and Waste or Resources Management Facility

The Project will have a waste storage capacity of processed recycled asphalt products
(RAP) of up 500 t at any time and storage capacity of unprocessed RAP of up to 1,000 t at
any one time, noting no RAP processing will occur. Crumb rubber will be stored for up to 100
t at any one time. The site would operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Project also includes the construction and operation of associated development
including a batching room with small, attached office, laboratory, hardstand areas for parking
and for the storage and loading of asphalt, raw materials, bitumen, lighting, and fencing.
