Bexley North Hotel - Part demolition of existing structures and new mixed use development including motel and shoptop housing

Integrated Development and Staged Development - Stage 1 comprising the retention of existing pub and bottleshop known as Bexley North Hotel; demolition of existing motel and a portion of the pub component and construction of a mixed use development comprising of a six(6) storey motel containing 66 rooms; a nine(9) storey shop top housing fronting Sarsfield Circuit containing 80 dwellings and 1267sq.m. of commercial floor space over three(3) basement levels.
